HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection

• Monitor the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and hiring.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.

Employee Relations

• Encourage inter-departmental projects and Initiatives that strengthen the fundamental values and principles of the organization.
• Guide organizational behavior and conflict resolution.

Employee Experience

• Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and make improvements.
• Organize events and activities that reinforce a positive work environment.

Training and Development

• Design and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Make plans to empower leaders in soft skills and help them implement them.

Compliance and Policies

• Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and legal requirements.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management.  
   

HR Administration 

• Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
• Maintain payroll and benefits administration process.

Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven working experience in successful teams.
